Stormkeep Maine Coons was forged from two remarkable cats — Smokey, our commanding 19-pound blue male, and Stormy, our enchanting blue silver torbie female. Together they carry everything that makes the Maine Coon breed legendary: immense size, fierce intelligence, and an unmatched gentle temperament.
Rooted in Chico, California, we breed with purpose and patience. Every kitten leaves Stormkeep health-tested, socialized from birth, and destined to be the largest, most majestic presence in every room they inhabit.

HCM Cardiac Testing
Both parents screened for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy via echocardiogram — the most critical health test for Maine Coons.
DNA Health Panels
Genetic testing for SMA and PK-def — two inherited conditions that responsible breeders test before breeding.
Health Guarantee
Every Stormkeep kitten comes with a written guarantee covering congenital and genetic conditions. Our word is our bond.
Early Socialization
Kittens are raised underfoot in our home — handled daily from birth, exposed to children, sounds, and the rhythms of family life.
Vet Checked
Full veterinary examination, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and microchip — before any kitten ever leaves the keep.
TICA Registration
All kittens registered with TICA under Cattery #115859. Full pedigree documentation included. Breeding rights available for select kittens.
